Wash day, last of the sun and ginger biscuit.

1. Alec stares and stares at our tumbling washing.

2. It's late afternoon and the sun has withdrawn itself from us on the ground. But high in the ivy tree two collared doves are still enjoying warm gold light.

3. The last ginger biscuit: it needs eating.
