2. Cancelled. But we go out anyway, the two of us, to eat dim sum and drink tea at a table for four. The others are missed, but understood.
3. I've missed a phone call. Pick up the message to find a friend has heard the news along the grapevine that holds us all together.
Your aunt is indeed clever! I'd love to see more, of that cake and of others that must be equally lovely.

My own interesting development here in St. Peters, Missouri, is a little tree frog who has come inside. I've made him a little habitat and told him he can stay until spring. He sings!
