Once there, space and filling paper.

1. Where ivy has been pulled off the white car park wall, there are marks like dirty handprints.

2. I unpack another three boxes and make a new empty space on the floor.

3. My pictures are a mess of lines and charcoal smudges. But I don't care -- this is Drawing for Absolute Beginners.

  1. I've been wanting to learn to draw for ages, your post has made me think that those smudges and lines sound like a lot of fun!

  2. Jem -- you should go for it! I found an evening class at the Adult Education Centre. I just want to go along once a week for two hours and scribble away without thinking too much about work and so on.
