Croissants, farmer drama and chocolates.

1. Warm croissants with chocolate hazelnut spread and slices of pear.

2. To listen in to the drama on Alec's farm. Today the farmer got stuck in the mud and had to be rescued by Upsy Daisy driving a tractor.

3. To snaffle a few chocolates that don't belong to me (their owners are never going to get through them all and sometimes only a Caramel Bunny will do).

  1. I love number two. Ours used to collect the Britain's farm animals, buying them piece by piece at a local toy shop. Oh the delights of choosing pocket money toys, whether to have the lambs or the calves, which tractor was best? We all had hours of fun.
    Warmest Wishes to you all.

    1. Ours are Britains! I think we were too young to buy them ourselves, though. They are quite pricy now -- the tractors are £20 each -- so I think no longer aimed at the pocket money market.
