Spices, cheese and with a good book.

1. The smell of a hot cross bun toasting.

2. Tiny curls of grated cheese to sprinkle on a fish pie.

3. Curling up on the sofa under my duvet with a Cadfael book.

    I've never had fish pie but I enjoyed a hot bowl of oatmeal drizzled with olive oil, flax seed and honey this morning.
