1. I mentioned in passing earlier this week that I need a new winter dressing gown -- I threw the old one away when we moved. Nick has been telling me that we are going to spend the afternoon of his day off looking for one. Our favourite is dark rose-bay velour, and it reaches my ankles and has a hood. I feel very spoilt, and quite ready for winter.
